Look for your form in the mail, they will be arriving soon. If you do not know your Book Number you can find your Book Number on the mailing label from the envelope in which your form arrives.
Nomination forms and ballots can only be returned by the member completing the nomination form or ballot. Nomination forms and ballots cannot be bundled. Members cannot return nomination forms or ballots for other members. Envelopes containing more than one nomination form or one ballot shall be voided. Nomination forms and ballots shall be returned to the Recording Secretary of the Local Lodge by postal mail only. Return the form via postal mail to the Recording Secretary of Local Lodge 2210 at the address listed on the form. Only you can return your nomination form. Nomination Forms must be received on or before May11, 2020 in order to be valid.
